Jharel Cotton
A professional baseball pitcher with four years of Major League service time. His journey began in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and led through high school baseball in Virginia, East Carolina University, and into professional baseball after being drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2012. He made his MLB debut with the Oakland Athletics in 2016 and later played for the Rangers, Twins, and Giants. Drawing from his experiences at the highest level of the game, Jharel founded Big Dawgz Training to help athletes develop strength, resilience, and a winning mindset both on and off the field.

Nate Collins
Owner of N8 Sports Performance Training, Nate brings over a decade of elite athlete development to BigDawgz. A former collegiate football player and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, he holds multiple certifications including ACE Personal Training, AFPA Strength & Conditioning and the IGNITION performance system. With 11 years of NFL Combine and Pro Day preparation experience, Nate has trained over 100 professional athletes and specializes in developing speed, explosiveness, and efficient movement at every level.

Drea Batchelor
Certified trainer, full-time bodybuilding athlete, and the owner of Stagelight Posing, as well as a dedicated mother of two. Drea's fitness journey began as a solution to overcoming lower back issues through resistance training, which sparked a passion for helping others build strength and confidence. Drea blends movement, discipline, and bodybuilding expertise to deliver personalized training and posing programs. Whether clients are focused on improving mobility, refining stage presence, or elevating overall wellness, she provides guidance and support every step of the way.

Dr. Amanda Pickworth-Chrusciel, PT, DPT
Amanda is a licensed Physical Therapist and the owner of Stay in Motion, operating independently from a private treatment room within BigDawgz Gym. She began her career in 2013 and specializes in orthopedics, chronic pain, and sports rehabilitation. With advanced certifications including dry needling, cupping, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, and the Barbell Rehab Method, Amanda tailors treatment to each client’s needs, whether returning to sport, recovering from injury, or seeking pain-free movement. She emphasizes strength, mobility, and injury prevention to help clients move better for life.
